...over killing and persecution of atheists there, would you say his ideological motivations are a side-issue, and the real issue is the Bangladesh government's treatment of atheists?

Or if Christians from Canada started blowing up Egyptians over the murder of Christians there...

Or if Hindus from UK started blowing up Pakistanis over the Kashmir conflict.

Or if Buddhists from China start hacking up Myanmarese with machetes over the killing of Buddhists in Myanmar.

Because if American foreign policy is the the primary and only reason worth critiquing and addressing when it comes to Nigerians killing British soldiers and Russians planting bombs at the Boston marathon, and it simply boils down to "the west is killing Muslims" devoid of any context or deeper examination or motivations, why don't we just apply that same standard and critique to Muslims, and everyone else for that matter?

Why don't we just say everyone of every ideological/religious persuasion can form an ideological enclave of identity that must be defended globally with violence, and therefore any time people of that ideological/religious persuasion is killed, people of the nation who nation, religion, or region who did the killing are fair game for people of the killed group?

We talked about this before recently, but I don't even want to respond because in retrospect, I don't think I should've ever made this thread. I haven't been posting in the plethora of religious/Islam threads currently littering the first page of HL.

This was kinda me just giving my random thoughts in my own thread because I don't feel like jumping into those other threads. But It's just repetition at this point. Never mind this thread. I shouldn't have made it.

HL is right now. Just a bunch of dudes arguing about religion, homosexuality, and conspiracies. I'm bored with it. I tried to ressurect the podcast, but that ain't happening.
