Talking about the wrestlers during that era (so don't come in saying like Andre the Giant or something). Injuries are turned off.

WWF
Stone Cold (guaranteed)
The Rock (guaranteed)
Undertaker (guaranteed)
HHH (guaranteed)
The fifth slot is where it gets tricky. Angle? Foley? Jericho? If I'm being lenient with the rules, gotta be HBK right?

WCW
Hogan (guaranteed)
Goldberg (guaranteed)
Sting (guaranteed)
And then Nash? Flair? Macho Man? DDP? Luger? Booker T?

The final two from each team would undoubtedly have to be Austin/Rock and Hogan/Goldberg right?

Stunning Steve was nothing in WCW so him turning is pointless.
Mean Mark.. dont think he would..

for WCW ... Booker T and for the name sake maybe Flair

Angle would get the 5th slot (at this point HBK was retired and still pilled up, so he wouldn't count for injury).

As for WCW, I'd go with:

Goldberg
Sting
DDP
Scott Steiner
Booker T

With Flair as the Manager

Stunning Steve wasn’t Stone Cold but I wouldn’t call him nothing. Stunning Steve was my guy. He had an epic feud with Steamboat and did his thing with the midcard titles. He wasn’t Disco status.
