I’d really like to hear a Lady of Rage album on the new Death Row

Was just reading a couple of excerpts from a Rage interview on another site about how her roll out in the 90s got fukked up,

I feel a lot of the production on the new Death Row records have been of a really good standard. Particularly on the DPG and Eastsidaz joints, but also on Snoop’s BODR and even the compilation albums.

If Rage was to really get into the zone I think it could be a great album…and a real come back story which would elevate the current DR brand.

Real talk.

Rage is such an evolving quality actress. I would like to see her make it on the silver screen. To become a dark horse go to actress.
Then once she establishes that way more. Maybe an elite skill showcase on a soundtrack.

Other than that.
No bullshyt.
We need rage to make it as an actress.

She was excellent as cleo.

Honeslty, I didn’t know she was doing acting like that. What has she been in?

I'd love a new Rage album too. But not on whatever this incarnation of DR is. Snoop's Trump loving ass doesn't have a fukking clue. DR is so wasted under him that it needs to die off and the artists who were previously on it or even signed since he took over need to find a proper label for their talents, not this shytfest vanity project by a near 60 year old constantly stoned turncoat.

All Snoop has is the rights to the name, and he's proved that even with just that he can't bring back the heart of it.

Have you not listened to some of their output recently? It’s good.

say what you want about the Snoop/Trump thing, but the new DR is precisely where she should be.

Bacc On Death Row, the Dogg Pound, and Tha Eastsidaz' projects were all dope with solid production. it's not like anyone was bound to be more successful or would get a better look on another label. these nikkas are all in their 50s, and a 50-something year old female rapper's chances of signing to a major are slim to none.

I'd be happy to see this happen. Snoop's Death Row is not exactly what I'd hoped for, but like it was said those DPG and Eastsidaz albums were both dope (and I liked both the October London albums and BODR too) so hearing another Rage album would be very welcome from me. Also still waiting on that N'Matez album too
