1. Rhyme Pays <If he wasn't from the West this album would be LL's "Bad". Definitely classic. Ahead of its time. Good mixture of the early East Coast essence blended in with the West.
2. Home Invasion <Slept on gem. Got props only after Jay jacked 99 problems. Lots of good tracks and he went in on cops, labels and the system as a whole. Similar East coast/West thing he had going on with this album. I know he was born in Newark NJ and always got love from in NY. But if you like 90's East Coast sound you can find traces on this album.
3. OG < Great album just too many tracks a few of which are corny see Fried Chicken/Ed. This album feels all over the place should have been trimmed down. Considered his best because it took him to a new level with New Jack Hustler. More of a new school feel than rhyme pays and power.
4. Power < Great album just a little lackluster. It's like Rhyme Pays throw away cuts but just not as good. This might be better than OG though.
5. 1996: VI - Return of the Real had some good joints on it but it had too many features and again too many tracks. He went with a strong west coast feel on this album that feels distinctly LA. Denzel in training Day comes to mind as to the type of vibe the album has. Gritty, hardcore, dangerous LA politics.
I never heard IceBerg to this day.
