"I'm not even on the IBF route. I'm high up on the WBA and the WBC route. This is the first I've heard of the IBF route, so I think he's talking shyt there. That fight wasn't even offered to me," Khan explained during a recent conversation with FightHype.com. "I got no notice from the IBF and my advisor has never said to me that I have to fight Tim Bradley in an eliminator. That's bullshyt. They're just trying to make me look bad. That fight's never been offered to me." http://fighthype.com/news/article19917.html - Amir "The Lying King" Khan who's been ranked the #4 IBF challenger (underneath Timothy Bradley at #3 challenger and No No Dan who was the #1 challenger with no #2) since Janaury 2015:mjlol:

IBF Confirms Khan Turned Down Bradley Title Eliminator
Posted by: John MacDonald on 4/6/2015

By John MacDonald

Amir Khan, 30-3 (19 KOs), has turned down an eliminator against Tim Bradley that would have determined who became the mandatory for the IBF welterweight title, currently held by Kell Brook.

Khan, 28, had previously reached out to Boxing Scene to categorically refute the claims.

However, the IBF Championships Chairman confirmed that Khan had indeed been offered the fight with Bradley and that it had been rejected on his behalf by his team.

“Amir Khan’s people turned down the fight. Bradley accepted,” Tucker told BoxingScene.

With Khan out of the running, the position has been offered to Brook’s promotional stable mate, Frankie Gavin, 22-1 (13 KOs). The Birmingham man had been set to face Chris Van Heerden on May 9 at the city’s Barclay Card Arena but now has 24 hours remaining to decide whether to go ahead with the scheduled contest.

“Frankie Gavin has until Tuesday to decide,” confirmed Tucker.

His "Team" is who he wanted AB to contact right?:sas1:

You said it wasnt valid that AB spoke directly to Khan and told him he wanted the fight, because as you and The Lying King Khan said, he never contacted Khan's team right?:sas1:

IBF contacts Team Khan, they turn down fight on his behalf, and now it's "Bu-bu-bu-but, they spoke to his team:mjcry:"

Secondly, what makes you think Khan didnt know about it....cause he says it? You still believing Khan's lies in 2015 regardless of the fact he's busted over and over again?:sas2:

Thirdly, he ALSO says his "team" never contacted any network about Khan vs Algieri, but once again:

Very obvious what Khan is trying to do. He wants to fight Floyd/Manny next, and won't do anything to jeopardize that, even if it means ducking people left and right :snoop:

Funny thing to me is, when he doesn't land either one of those fights, he'll probably accuse them of ducking him.

Anyone surprised here? Timothy Bradley IS the fight Khan needs to have to fight manny/Floyd! Why would his team think its okay to pass on it without talking to LAK? The name BATB probably makes him cry in the corner.

Khan going after Kell > khan going after bradley

Bradley right now doesn't really have an upside to facing him in comparison to fighting and beating Kell ( who wants the fight) for his title.

He's already accused Floyd of ducking him multiple times:snoop:

They added the stipulation of if he beats Bradley, he would've had to fight Kell Brook next as the mandatory challenger. No way would he ever accept that from the IBF, because he doesnt want Kell Brook to spark him out:heh:

Not sure how waiting for Floyd or Manny is going to work out for Khan. Dan Rafael says in every chat he wouldn't be surprised if the Manny-Floyd winner took all of 2015 off and wouldn't be surprised if they both took the rest of the year off after their fight.
So Khan likely wouldn't have a shot until 2016...and that is if there isnt a rematch between Floyd and Manny.
