I went to a local auction yesterday. After the cars were auctioned, they auctioned personal property. I usually leave for that but they had a PS4 on the auction list so I stayed to see what it went for, and I would have bid on it myself if the price was low enough. It was the PS4 slim with no cables, controllers, or games and there was a "JBL speaker phone attachment" being sold with it. The auction house doesn't test electronics so nobody knew if it even worked or not. They started the bidding at $40 and I thought it wouldn't go for much more than that, but the bidding hit $100 and I was . Then it kept rising until the winning bidder won it for $160. Even with the phone thing, there was no way that was worth it. I was and immediately left after that. Was this just a horrible purchase, or was it worth it because the power of Playstation is just that strong?
