I put on a decent amount of weight over the holidays this semester im not looking at a lot of classes which leaves me with enough time to spend every evening working out What do you suggest I do?

Yes, the work outs are hard but they work on your whole body. I'm already feeling my body adjusting to the pressure put on by the exercises.

I started out 2 weeks ago, working out 6 days out of the week, following the P90x schedule.

Do four different exercises per body part.
7 sets 12 reps per set.
30 seconds rest between sets.
minimum of 100 quality situps everyday.
do not eat between the hours of 5am to 7pm

yeah im pretty much skin and bones now, what are the best lower abs workouts? I got my upper abs cut from doing these

bruce lee was 95% isometric aka ironman aka old school strongman strength with modified techniques to his liking...thus the insane strength without the bulk

Breh, you gon need lots of calisthenics, excellent form, and rice. I'm kinda going for the same look but you gotta have some wings too so pullups gon come into play eventually. :ehh:

calisthenics will build body control thus the good form. most people tend to do calisthenics in a very repetitious manner...which will give a high endurance affect which will make the muscles rely on the tendon after a while. Isometric training, the style of body training which bruce lee mostly trained in, works on the tendon strength more than muscle strength. and muslces are but the leaves to a branch, the branch being the tendons. look into the oldtime strongmen too see what i am telling you, or watch bruce lee and remember forcex speed = power and what did the man say....
