My highschool friends are all doing MMA, I know an african nikka that was scrawny and like 5'10", This nikka look like the black superman now. I'd let him date my sister cuz I know she'd be safe :wow:

But yea, pop roids and hit weights til you cant no more.

veggies have very little carbs but no he should just drink water, go on a paleo diet and lift if he's serious about it
But by definition, fruits and veggies are considered carbs.... Most veggies have a low glycemic index(except for carrots and corn).... But they're carbs, good carbs... But carbs...

Do lots of plyometrics and olympic lifts (cleans, squats, benching, etc).


You will most likely not even get close to that... Thats years of intense training. But you'll get a good start
