I thought taking Fish Oil was supposed to be GOOD for you?

so far nothing but bad brehs. i just started taking them like 5 days ago. i chew 2 capsules 3 times a day to make sure im getting enough.

i never been so disgusted in my life, to the point of puking and Listerene cannot get the damn fish taste out of my mouth. people here and on the Misc said its really good but so far its been bad having that fish taste right as soon as i chew them and it lasts all day. i can even taste it now.

im about to drop the fish oil from my routine its not even worth it IMO

Chewing fish oil? You're generally supposed to take Fish oil capsules WITH food and swallow them, not chew.
