I think it would give a fresh take on the "Terminator/I-Robot" Themed dystopia style films...

i think a few of the short movies should be made into features in their own right - at least into their own cartoon movie...

the one you mentioned and also iirc, there was one where there are some kids that find an area where they can float, etc. - i don't remember if it was something with gravity or some other force. i really liked the animation and art style.

Its not really a fresh take since we've seen it already. Asimov's I'Robot stories are the blue print of it. A.I. and Renaissance Man are part of the series as well.

I just assumed that the terminator was the prequel to the matrix. they could never stop judgement day. But the only problem there is that humans beats them. They should change it so that John Conner makes a deal to keep humans alive and the A.I of a former terminator is trying to help the humans out (Oracle) so they can live in harmony.

Yeah I always thought of I-Robot as the prequel... Just because the Robots start as servents, etc. then they become self aware...

I don't really like prequels or the idea of making prequels. You know where the universe eventually goes...
