Dude played an obscenely low # of minutes per game (30.5) for a franchise player. He also played 51 games. How is he going to do next year playing 82 games and about 35-38 mins per game?

this may be the dumbest reason to cite for someone regressing. so his skills would diminish and not improve cause he'll be playing 38 minutes?
the boy is fukking 20 years old not 35 he'll have enough energy.

Kyrie will be working on his game practically all summer. He'll do his thing, it's a matter of whether or not the Cavs will.

Well when you play rookies 38 minutes a game in their rookie year, they usually tail off at the end of the season because their bodies aren't accustomed to that workload.

So, if anything, you can say that his body is being worked up in order to sustain 38 minutes a game.

Besides, if the Cavs are getting blown out, why keep him in the game? Plus, he was hurt for a few games, and they barely played him in April because it wasn't necessary.

How many years did he play in college? Oh, ok. How many games did he play for Duke that one year? :ohhh: Damn, no wonder the Cavs didn't want to force him into unnecessary minutes. This dumb ass argument of why he will "regress". You gon have to do better than that

He needs to stay under 35 minutes next season as well no need to have him out there all night. they need to stay tanking.
