Firstly, my knee It's like...sore whenever I extend it. I've been doing knee extensions and have been really trying to beef up the quads and I may have overdone it.
And next, the very end of my right pinky has gone numb. This one has me kinda worried. I've again, been really going hard on the weights in the last couple of weeks, really trying to push the limit with new weights.
Should I be really worried for either or wait it out?
And if I wait it out, how long can I stay out of the gym without muscle deterioration?
