Anyway, most of you know that in 2013 I stopped eating meat I went on a Vegan diet then turned into a Pescetarian later on However, this came with some bad effects. I would start fainting and feeling dizzy Then, I had VERY LOW energy. Now, I'm at the point of getting bloated. Maybe, with me being 6'4 this isn't for me
I'm gonna see if I should eat meat again. I might ask my doctor If I did eat meat only thing I'd touch is organic chicken None of that hormone stuff. Had bad results behind that
It's either that or go on a Greek diet. Gonna see which is the better alternative.
P.S. I'd NEVER touch Pork It's not Kosher and it's unclean
