I honestly don't make time to listen to shyt I downloaded 99% of the time unless it's an artist I already listen to, I find that digging through the crates is still the best way to discover new shyt and/or shyt I overlooked back in the day. Been stacking up this collection since I was 13

I see a lot of albums I own on there. I used to keep mine in alphabetical order too. Altogether I have prolly 500 but haven’t copped one since like 2010

CDs are very difficult to sell these days outside of some European/Asian ebay collectors. It's a buyers market for sure, I picked up a grip of CDs recently for a dollar each

Last CD I copped was Black Milk's new album and South Click - Rebel Slave, both of them are dope. Also picked up that Mirror Music Deluxe Edition recently, never heard the album before this year and gotdamn, Wordsworth underrated than a mothafukka

I just threw out all my CD cases today...it was the end of an era for me. Had about 100.

I still got all the booklets and albums tho

Beats the hell out of digital downloads (for about the same price) in lossy mp3 format.

Give me something physical that I can rip to lossless, lossy, or whatever format comes around in my lifetime.

Vinyl is hip but that’s a joke, paying $30+ for new releases.
