It wasn’t just some minor scar, it was severe. Like seriously bad, the acid had gone into her eyes, her nose her mouth. Just one of the most disturbing things I’ve seen In my life.

But what really surprised me, was how she was walking in the middle of the crowded street completely unbothered, like there was nothing wrong with her. She was smiling. Half her mouth was gone but the other half remains so her smile was crooked but her entire mannerisms didn’t seem like someone with a severe facial injury but a completely normal person. I watched her from my car in traffic and couldn’t look for more than 10 seconds without turning away.

I thought she was very brave and courageous to just get out there like that and not be afraid. If I suffered something that horrific, i honesty think I’ll either commit that or just lock myself in my room forever.

Makes you appreciate the small things.

I saw this blind woman chilling outside of Starbucks smiling her ass. Then I realized she was smiling cuz of the rays from the sun :ahh:
Very true. For that brief moment I looked at my face in the rear view mirror and I was like :whew:

You in UK. I know nikkas/women over there for a quick trigger when it comes to acid
