Alright brehs fukk it, i want to start working out regularly but i dont have a clue where to start because im new to this gym life....can you brehs suggest to an amateur whats the best workouts for building muscles specifically the chest and Abs regions and a proper diet plan....i know u nigas probably then made threads like this before so if u have u cud link me to them as well

yeah ive been to the gym a few times and done bench presses, free lifting and other machine exercises but i just never became dedicated

towards it because i never found a proper routine

how much time are you willing to dedicate, and roughly what were you pushing

id say roughly around 120 on the bench press and 30 using dumbbells but i cud have done more just didnt want to put too much stress on my body at the time... i want to start hitting the gym like 3-4 times a week...

if youre willing to spend atleast an hour in the gym youll be just fine, but lifting for real progress is like a job. you have to be committed beyond just wanting to look good

expect to push weight :wot:

yeah breh getting healthy and fit is a top priority for me right now in my life....im like 5' 7" and 170 lbs :sadcam:

Whatever you decide to do make sure these exercises are a in there.

I recommend a 4 day split,

Mon-Back/Bi
Tues-Chest/Tri
Wed-Rest or Cardio
Thur-Legs
Fri-Shoulders

Get your diet straight, lift, and enjoy the results
