Hey brehs so ive been going gym 2 years now and all with a whole foods, the past 6 months i have hit a wall with very slow progress and energy is going down also, i think i may need 2 try out some supplements, whats some must have supplements( if you can only choose 3) thats not whey protein.. thanks brehs..

yeh my sleep pattern is fukked up but stil get 6-8 hours..yeh i found some cheap caffiene pills myt try em out will see how they work..also maybe creatine as its cheap..read into BCAAS but still not sold on them

Creatine could help. BCAAs are only good for if you train fasted. I do and I love em but if you eat before you lift it's a waste of money

yeh gona get on creatine for sure but last year i ddnt have much muscle pains and i been eating the same..this year i been getting muscle pains & jus nooo energy
