i need something like a 40" hula hoop

I need something thats like looks like a hulahoop with around a 40" Diameter as an enclosure for some scientific equipment. Im thinking about just going out and buying a hulahoop but that probably wouldn't be a good idea. I need something industrial grade and non magnetic? Do they make anything like this that i can purchase off the shelf?

Well it has to be non magnetic so I think Airplane equipment is out of the question.
