i need serious xbox 360 advice

so i got a e74. 1 ring of death.

tried penny fix. qtip fix. new thermal compound on heatsink. x clamp. havent gotten it reballed

i know that the 720 will be out 1 year from now. i don't care about any games except the ones i own and im tired off them anyway. i only want to buy only 1 game till 720, gta 5.

I play games on average 4 hours a week

what would be my best option?

refurbished 360. new 360. buy a used system online, just forget about it, wait till next system since im only interested in 1 game

Its not the xclamps that cause the red ring,its the cheap ass lead free solder used under the GPU. a good reflow should last you til the 720 drops.

Heres what you do, get a pan of rice. Make sure the rice gets in all the nooks and crannies of the 360. then WRAP it with saran wrap. Next make sure to put it in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 mins. Just set it and forget it.















BAM! After them 20 mins is up youll have a reflowed Xbox. fukka soldering iron and all that shyt.

you need a couple of really good pussies to keep you busy when GTA 5 will be released and you won't be able to play it

You sound like you don't have a PS3...buy that system to possibly get all the exclusives you missed.

You might as well since GTA V is the ONLY game you want...and will be out on both. Might as well have a console with options to play things you missed.
