So everyone knows lactic acid build up is what causes soreness from working out

Well when started jogging I was getting horrible shin splints; so I ended up buying some shin compression sleeves that really eliminated the problem so my calls are good.. Thighs I'll learn to live with..

Now I started p90x up and I'm sore as ahit in my arms (got t rex arms)

Is there any kind of compression sleeves I can wear to help with this. It something I can maybe wear to class also

Now only thing I can think of is the shyt A.I wore or Melo and that'll look funny

So any options?
