I need help getting these vocals lifted

I'm trying to get the track filtered just enough to hear only the vocals anybody wanna lend a nikka a hand?

wont lie to you, didnt downloaded it, but u can leave just vocals using EQ, but u can cut some frequencies that will make the vocals stand out more...

the voice most important region is 250-300Hz to 3-4kHz, so experiment attenuating all the other frequencies.... u can low cut like 200Hz and high cut 7-8kHz, and have low and high shelves attenuating whats left out the voice region....

can only be done if u have the instrumental. that vocal remove/eq stuff dont really work.

It depends on how high quality you need the vocals and if it is vocals being stripped from a previously recorded track. If so, its pretty much like what @kingdizzy01 said, you need the source files and then the vox only audio tracks.

If it is just for reference you can get away with using the EQ method.
