I need help finding a scene/movie

DOn't remember much about it, except one memorable scene:

two hitmen (or maybe government agents) kill some dude and strip him of his clothes and put pills in his hand and mouth to make it seem like a suicide or accidental death in his bathroom.

It's fairly recent. Maybe last 15-20 years.

I vaguely remember the hitmen being agents of some kind. I could be wrong.

It was a real professional hit. I think they injected the man with something and I remember they took his pants off and put a bottle of pills in his hand and some pills in his mouth.

They made it look like an accident or suicide.
