Ok so I've been on blood thinners since start of January due to a bloodclot. So all I've been able to do is cardio and a relatively clean diet. So as it stands im 5ft10 at 145lbs.... I used to be about 180-190 but since the clot I've been doing alot of cardio as I can't really do weights until end of June. I've been trying to reduce body fat and im at about 15%. I still have a little bit of fat on the stomach. I want to reduce it further but my weights too low to achieve that. But I see no point in clean bulking if I can't lift yet....
At the moment I do:
3x20 HIIT (30 seconds full:30 second recovery)
3x30 Steady state cardio (moderate effort)
So one day HIIT one day cardio etc.
So what do you guys suggest I do?
