The first "song" sounds good but it's too noisy. The sample and vocals are clashing. Sounds like the beat needs to be modified and the mixing needs to be improved. The ninth track sounds cheap and the vocals have that "recorded in a bathroom" feel.
I listened to the first 12 tracks so far. Overall, it sounds well done. If we were in the 2000s to early 2010s I would be saying you got serious potential. However, you got different styles in there and some of it didn't go well together. Why not make two different tapes?
