I’m a short dude but I went from 160 to 135 . I’m tone and got a little 5 pack going and some muscle but now it’s time to get ripped

what do I do. So I need supplements and shyt. My ideal type of body I want is like a lightweight boxer .Here’s what I do now

alternate days, 7 days a week

100 squats
100 push up
100 seconds of planks
100 sit ups
100 pull ups
100 dips
Lower ab leg shyt lol I don’t know what it’s called

or
100 squats
100 push ups
10 sit ups
100 curls
100 bench
Different 100 curls
100 pull ups

20 min on the bike

thanks in advance

Define ripped. Boxers are usually fairly lean overall.

Probably need more information on where you are now versus what the goal is

Definitely wouldn’t go on the standard “bro bulk”. No sense in leaning out to bulk up and then go back down again when you are aiming to be lean anyway.

I do a moderate cal increase over your maintenance, maybe 200-300 cals a day and see how you look, feel and weigh after like three weeks. Adding some strength training would seem ideal once gyms are generally back open. Nothing crazy, a standard 5x5 program. The stuff you are doing now seems boxing directed so would keep that in the arsenal.

Jermain Taylor was middleweight so you gotta get a lot bigger than lightweight if that's what you're after.

Hard work, consistency and potentially roids or hgh will get you there quicker.

But if you want to get like a lightweight boxer you gotta train in boxing as well.

  • Skipping
  • Bag
  • Shadow boxing with and without weights
  • Running of all types
  • Core workouts all the time

I'm not sure tbh, i've never done either.

When administered in controlled, conservative cycles seems to be less risk (contrary to common perception.)

The concern is when people see results and use them at higher doses.

Damn near all athletes are one or the other at some point in their careers, especially boxers and UFC fighters.
