No twitter rants or passive aggressive comments. I wouldn't even have been mad if he gave them a no comment, but he simply said ":ehh: ya'll are right, I'm not playing to my potential" and then dropped 38.

We're always talking about the generational divide between players of different eras but I love seeing stuff like this.

LOL at Shaq going at Javale at 2:37 though :mjlol:

It took Hakeem a while to figure shyt out (he struggled with discipline, spatial awareness, team-play, shot selection and turnovers); he was far from a finished product at Embiid's age. Hopefully, we see a similar career-arc where Embiid eventually reaches his potential.

It'd be a shame if his career is marginalized to a crying meme.

this the Shyt! OGs gotta stay on the youngins and youngins gotta be humble enough to listen. I think Joel tired of the bullshyt you can see it in his face. Bruh lowkey wants out if you ask me. I see him on the west coast at some point

Thats because he's one of the best in the league no surprise at all

great interview, but even if he did push back and joke... that works too. Some people need fire, some people know when to fan the flames. Joel is an obvious student of the game and every year he shows that, Giannis is the same way. Lebron has always been very humble about his criticism too
