I bought a laptop and a Chromecast Ultra at Best Buy a couple of weeks ago, noticed that they took Google Pay, and used that instead of digging out the card I wanted to use. It was like $1200. Felt almost wrong that it was that easy.

I bought my iPhone 6s with Apple Pay the 128GB regular one at launch. Had to be close to $800. Also bought my LG C7 OLED with Apple Pay so that was $1600 or so. I think the most I bought with Samsung Pay was a PS4 Pro so $400

I think he's refering more to paying in store instead of using a card.

But i had to delete castle clash after calculating how much I spent over the past 3 years.

What are the benefits of using it?

Really, it's just convenience. Instead of having to busy out your wallet and lull a card out of it, you just put your phone near the card terminal, and it takes care of most of the work for you. I use it so I don't need to carry anything more than my debit card if I'm going out. There are times when I feel like using a cash back card, but since I don't use it that often, it doesn't make sense to carry it all the time. But since I've added it to Google Pay, I don't actually need to carry it for much.

Honestly tho, after finding out Google pay supports pay pal, my card has been getting dusty. All my favorite stores accept the NFC, now if only resteraunts would get with the fukking program
