I'm cutting back to once a week. Good luck to you, I might totally cut it out eventually though. I know that I should (with a couple of exceptions I only get once or twice a year, anyway).
If you don't eat fast food for long periods then eat some it'll make you sick to your stomach. Might want to slide in a meal like once a month to keep your tolerance up just in case you end up in a position where fast food is the only food available to you.
