Real Estate (Premium Luxury) is expensive no matter the country. Im sure she made money in her heyday as a supermodel but money is hard to keep and if you aren’t a sophisticated investor it’s even harder. All of her worth would be tied into the purchase, design and maintenance of a place like this. Its her home as she stated in the video but no way would she be able to own such a place Realistically.
