This is certainly one thing that a lot of conservatives bash Democrats for that is completely legitimate.

To be clear, Nancy isn't the only one with suspicious finances. Almost certainly a bunch of Republican congressmen are involved in some level of Insider Trading.
But for Democrats not to address this says a lot (well, except for AOC).
