It's good to see the Jeff Van Gundy has such a discerning basketball mind.

To others like myself and JVG, who understand and appreciate the intricacies of the game, LeBron's "all-time-great" passing ability is only obvious - and indeed is a modest understatement.

Watch LeBron as he holds the ball with two hands down near his belly at the top of the 3pt line, seemingly in position to do nothing but rise up for a shot or put the ball on the floor - and if you blink, you'll miss the out-of-nowhere bullet chest-pass to the cutting Wade under the basket for a layup.

Watch LeBron relaxedly palming the ball with one hand on the wing out at the 3pt line, seemingly measuring up his defender, getting ready to take him to the hole. Then watch the defense cheat just a step into the paint to try and stop it - but if you blink, you'll miss the rocket, one-handed, cross-court baseball-pass put right into the pocket of the open shooter Mike Miller.

Watch LeBron at the top of the key, dribbling, staring down his defender...then watch him beat his man left, going hard into the lane. As the weakside help comes, don't expect the Jordanesque acrobatic layup attempt, and DON'T BLINK - or you'll miss LeBron contorting his body in mid-air, spinning and firing the ball, against his momentum and with godly upper body-strength...firing the ball back out to a spotted up Chalmers, ball right on the money.

There's a lot more, but you don't wanna read about it, do you. Watch for yourself:whoo:

....next year:cheers:

The consistency of this shyt is unprecedented.:yeshrug:

Van Gundy is good.... But he said he thought the thunder were the better team at first as well.

How could anybody with knowledge of the game believe that?

95% of Lebrons assists in Cleavland was him holding the ball for 20 seconds at the top of the key driving in the lane kicking it out to an open shooter and getting the assist. Hed do that 6 or 7 more times in a agame. Then nikkaz would look at the stat sheet see 7 assists and be like

:gladbron: "LEBRON THE GOAT NON PG PASSER"

Tell me I'm lying:russ:

If what you're trying to say is that LeBron's passing ability is limited - YOU'RE LYING.

Rondo is a better passer

CP3, Deron Williams, even Andre Miller

Now is Lebron the best passing small forward ever? He and Bird would have to compete on that one.
