I'm woken up by my bladder more often than I am by any alarm clock.
Same here 
Once you figure out how much sleep you need its amazing how the body just knows when u are ready to get up.

a always wake up 30 minutes before my alarm goes off.
I havent either, one of the perks of working night shift.
I really do hate that sound though, when i hear it on commercials it makes my heart jump.
