I feel bloated and :flabbynsick:.

how can I get my digestive system flowing again?

i hate this feeling.

i eat like 3 bananas and 3 apples a day. also eat fiber one bars. everything else is normal food. drink about 12 cups of water a day too.

breh you NEED to be drinking a gallon of water a day, more if you are working out

it seems like a lot but your body will thank you

also the more greens you eat( spinach, lettuce, etc.) the better

aite i'll up the water and slow down on the fruit. already hate 2 bananas since i started this thread. :manny:

todays an off day and tomorrows a holiday so im laying off the pasta and eating some lettuce and chicken...ill posta pic to give you an idea :smugfavre:

Make a smoothie..and put like a teaspoon of coconut oil in it. Thatll straighten you out quick
