Foster or Rice. I vote for Rice, as he doesn't have a Ben Tate waiting on the sidelines to take carries away, doesn't have the injury history Foster does, and led RB's last year in fantasy points.

If you wanted to go QB, Rodgers, but I wouldn't waste the first pick on any QB but him.

Don't even think of taking a WR...

I dont see anything about McCoy and Rice...

Dude asked about Foster and AD.

Dude asked about what he should do in general.

You must have missed the second part that he wrote:

Depends on your scoring settings, but if its not Point per reception, and its a point for every 10 yards, 6 for a TD....the best RB is Foster. He'll project to have the most points in that format (baring injury of course) no matter how you crunch the projections.

In that scoring format, him and Ray Rice will be the only two RB's to crack 200 points in my mind.

No way. There were 5 guys last year who broke 200, 7 guys in 2010 and 6 guys in 2009 that did it. Foster, Rice, McCoy I think are going to get over that 200 mark definitely.
