but then i read on here the S4 dropping soon
and im outta contract anyways, so i dont wanna rush into a contract...contracts are

S4 is not dropping until next spring at the earliest(may see an announcement at MWC) . There was a report making its way around the internet that the galaxy s4 would launch in march 2013. Samsung quickly took to twitter and squashed that rumor though.

eh....I would still flash a custom rom, jelly bean by itself is just an incremental update in my opinion
