I have a question about cheerleaders especially in sports

Is this like the monarchy in England where we are maintaining tradition even though there is no purpose to it?

Seriously guys these days we can find,

• badder chicks walking around at Target stores and random malls.
• more skin out and about during the summer.
• more athleticism and showmanship (sp) at the strip club

Are these "union jobs" and therefore cannot be eliminateD?

They're there for extra entertainment. Somebody needs to keep part of the crowd hyped during timeouts and halftimes, et cetera. They're no different than dancers or mascots and shyt like that.

But, yeah, they don't really NEED to exist. Nobody would miss them if they were gone.

The cheerleaders and dance teams don't get paid shyt. It's basically volunteer work because they all hope it can become something more later on. They just bounce around during the designed stoppages of play that would exist with or without cheerleaders so

their purpose is to keep you hype in the crowd. now it doesnt work on the pro level at all. you barely pay attention to them.

but the truth is they dont get paid much at all for doing it. they make money because they use it as a stepping stone to become legit models and host events, etc.

in addition while they are cheerleaders they get paid to do special events. thats separate money from their cheer leading checks.
