I heard starboy and thought it was ehh. The part that bugged me was that he killed his old self (in the vid) to release this. If you are going to completely change you'd think he'd come with some mind boggling shyt whatever
I then heard false alarm. You can't be serious with this one like WTF :curtiswtf:

I'm not even one of those "trilogy or nothing" guys either. Beauty behind the madness was a solid way of switching up his style while still being distinguish-ably "the weeknd" and making music anyone can like. Now this is some fukkshyt. Like is he trolling? What's going on

I think we should just accept it. The fame changes and there isn't anything we can do about it :handsoff:

I've been jamming the Trilogy and i'm in love. I hadn't really heard it before, but now i get why he has stands. Only really listened to Beauty behind the Madness and his last one, both of which i thought were simply meh.

This new shyt is complete basura.

Starboy is decent though.

I still hope for the day he'll put in some Ethio sounds/influences in his music, Ethiopian music is ill and there's some producers starting to mix traditional music with more modern beats, hopefully he's keping an eye on that
