i hate looking for gifts for others

I try to buy someone a gift and be thoughtful about it.
Gift cards feel like a cheap gift, in the sense that they never really tried. Or that maybe they don't understand your taste or what you appreciate.
That said, if your woman loves to shop at a certain store, a gift card from there is a nice idea. Yeah, she has to go pick out something herself, but at least she'll be guaranteed to love whatever she buys and ...really, what woman doesn't love shopping?
If you're really close, you could make a gift for her yourself. Maybe as a side gift. When I worked at a camera store, one guy came in with this extensive collage of photos of himself and his woman together over the course of several years. It was really cool how he did it up.

How serious is this relationship?
That will determine how much you want to spend. $350? Not that serious? $50?
I've only been with her like 6 weeks I'm going to vegas this month...so that is cutting into my funds...the first gift I got her was only $20 the other gift won't be over a $100. The price has nothing to do with it being serious or not

That's awesome that you have the dinner plans and everything else set up.
I don't know any place where you can get the collages done. Any photo place (Ritz, CVS, Walgreens, etc) will have their kiosks with some kind of collage software installed, but I'm not sure how cool they are.
I'm sure someone else here could recommend a website or maybe a program to use at home...probably one of the artsy Mac users of The Coli

Even most places that do photo books send it out to either their warehouse locations to do it, or to a 3rd party.
Photobooks can be pricey, and it can take 2-4 weeks to get back.
