I had a dream I was in the fast and furious prequel as a villain

the movie took place in the bay area, me the homie johnny tran were running guns and drugs out of san jose in the late 90s along with the homie lance and several other vietnamese gangsters My characcter was that of an enforcer who was a life long friend to johnny tran whos family took me in.

The mexicans from the first movie were connected to several sureno gangs who were trying to move in on our territory and the plot jumps off on some villain vs villain shyt. which explains the animosity between the mexicans and johnny (somewhat) in the first movie. There is a scene where my vietnamese girlfriend (my woman is vietnamese IRL) is kidnapped and being driven in a 97 Nissan Skyline, with seemingly no hope to catch her and knowing where they are gonna take her, i jump in a formula 1 to run them down. Luda and Han are also affiliated which makes sense because johnny is dead by the time they showed up anyway, by way of my character being a good negotiator and people person. Johnny also relies on my character to diffuse situations, torettos group is also mentioned as being cool with our enemies and thus we dont fukk with them on any level, however hand and luda's character are neutral.

My death at the end of the movie solidifies johnnys full heel turn you see in the first movie having lost his childhood friend and forcing lance to what was once my position and losing ground, forcing a move back to LA, as in the end, the mexicans win out and while johnny doesnt lose what he has in east san jose, a move to LA to expand is what he feels is his only choice.

The emphasis on the movie was supposed to feel like the first, with actual racing, the music was all throwback shyt like the chemical brothers, the prodigy, wu tang etc. since it was supposed to be 1997-98.

i have been very sick lately so i been having some real surreal dreams sippin on this nyquil (aka OTC lean) whodi.

Your dream seems more plot filled and made more sense than the past 3 Fast & Furious movies combined so I approves. I know they are planning a Fast 8, you need to holla at dem hollywood cats to make bread

lmao when i woke up i really thought about it, real talk. I think the most interesting thing is the fact that while you cant see my face, vin deisal back in his kwame is my cousin, breakin 2 electric boogaloo non steroid days actually looks like me, i kid you not. Same height, hair etc.

The revelation that i could actually be his brother/cousin etc at the end would be most interesting. Also, most of the movie would be focused on phyrric victories, i thought about it, mexicans outnumber vietnamese in terms of gang territory like crazy, yet johnny wants to wage war instead of paying the taxes that would be required to operate in non vietnamese areas of san jose (such as south/west etc san jose). I also like the idea that the mexican liason for the sureno gang is also a childhood friend of my character (something i made up just now lmao). I literally began writing notes on my dream. In the dream though, i spoke spanish (i speak spanish and portuguese) so the idea that the "villains" are not really villains and actually very reasonable and johnny has too much pride to let that go as he feels he has done too much to lose what he has built. out of respect for the fact that me and his sister are dating and i am his right hand man and lance is largely somewhat incompetent this forces me to be torn between keeping the peace, keeping my woman and keeping my loyalty.

I dont remember why, but the mexicans end up kidnapping my woman and like i said, i jumped in that F1 car stored in a garage and took off, that stuck out. I can remember in my dream my liason to the mexicans begrudingly makes the move to kidnap my woman as payback for something that happened and i remember my character along with the woman are killed when johnny and his goons reach the said industrial area where she is being kept in inadvertently shooting me during the crossfire as well as his sister, these events as told before, lead to the return of him moving the LA and forcing a move back to his parents house where he is allowed to hide in plain site after giving up all of his ground and leaving someone else in charge in the bay area.

I would gather that this movie would be alot more character driven with a better story than tokyo drift, but none of the CGI bullshyt and over the top comedy of the newer films.

Man i cant believe im spending my sick days fantasizing about fast and furious prequels because of some far fetched dream smh

Breh I this too sometimes, mainly for fukkery for my podcast show. .. I'm still proud of the James Bond and Scrooge idea plots me and my friends created but I digress.

As for your idea it makes sense because realistically doing a Fast and Furious prequel would keep the series fresh and creative plus it makes it more realistic like the first movie and not having them flying cars in the sky now like superheroes.
