But one thing he said on the NWO Revolution DVD had me like

5006-kobe.jpg

Dude shyt on Hulk Hogan's heel promo talking about he rambled on for four minutes giving a "wrestling" promo when they were going for "real."

So once again

5006-kobe.jpg

That shyt was the definition of a money promo. The most important promo in professional wrestling. Birthed a whole movement that would cement the legacy of three men and prop up dozens more. Nash needs to :whoa: with feeling himself and pay respect.

WELL THE FIRST THING YOU GOTTA REALIZE, BROTHER, IS THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE FUTURE OF WRESTLING. YOU CAN CALL THIS THE NEW.WORLD.ORDER OF WRESTLING, BROTHER!

That shyt set off the most entertaining time in the history of our sport. :wow: The lines send chills down my spine :ohlawd:

So Nash,

Yeah..it had to be something else. No way could he slight the Bash at the Beach promo..it was done perfectly except for the Organization part but in the end, who cares about that. The undertone, the word play, the ego of it all. It was a great set up and timeless proof of what happens when one is hungry enough to make an impact.

nWo Paid Announcement: Sting - "He Aint Nothin" (HQ) - YouTube

:myman:

Yeah, Hogan was cool as shyt in those vignettes completely overshadowed Nash. Nash thought Hogan was hokey but Hogan shined the most in all of them.

He was talking about Hogan's cutting promos while Nash and Hall were just talking. Hogan's "wrestling promos" paved the way for the vignettes because Nash complained to the guy shooting them and editor about Hogan. The guy said I'll see what I can do and then we got these smash cut vignettes. Even when Hogan lost back then, he won.

I suggest yall watch the documentary, Nash and WCW guys talking about how it was in WCW at the time, and Cody/Joe Hennig giving the perspective of guys like me, pre-teen kids at the time growing up and going to school while the coolest stable ran the company and their overall impact on kids. Plus Cody tells some stories of calling up Dusty and asking for updates on wrestler conditions only to get kayfabed :laff:

I never thought of the "organization" part was a fukk up. At the time they didn't have a name for the group and Hogan was just making a reference to the NWO but the name stuck.

Yea Hulk was on the money with that promo. People needed to see that "Hulk Hogan" not Terry was telling them to stick it for being ungrateful for all he'd done. Nash and especially Hall added the cool factor but Hogan talking evil to fans as Hogan is what made it :to: for us WCW supporters

Nash is a fukking loser, honestly all that dude did was a "too cool for school" act and spit back lines he heard in rap songs while he was in his mid 30's.

Hogan was the only dude in the NWO who gave good promos until Scotty Steiner joined up. Nash, Hall and 'Pac were doing those obnoxious ass "real talk" promos that were dull as shyt.

Nash always thinks he was twice as much as he was back in the day...

twice the wrestler, twice the promo guy, twice the booker

Goonin over text messages sent to one's self....dude couldn't even do a comeback right.
