I'm hungry:manny:

I'm still going to eat healthy, and workout 5-6 days a week.

Just not going to count calories anymore. I think I have a grip on portion control(which was my BIGGEST problem).

I just have to get a grip on sweets. I love chocolate:upsetfavre:

Well, think about it this way at least the Reese's Cup isn't 100% chocolate. It's got peanut butter in there too. If you keep working out then you should be just fine.

I don't know whether this is a good idea or not.

What I mean by that is calorie counting may not be the problem, but being disciplined in food intake every day for weeks and months. You can be eating healthy throughout the weekdays, five days straight; but you yo-yo back up on a Saturday after consuming 4000+ calories. It doesn't take an Einstein to point out that eating a half a large pizza is a high calorie meal... that equates to 6 Big Macs. Or possible secret binging, i.e. 800+ calorie night snack. I'm not saying you are evil, but disciplining yourself not to eat when hungry is tough.

Why wouldn't I eat when I'm hungry?

I dont count calories. Far too tedious and depressing. Just make sure I eat healthier, low portions, and train hard. For average people that's all you need. Leave the counting to the pros and athletes.

Because when you have taken in your daily caloric intake, you might want to eat more when you get hungry, which would put you over your max caloric level that you've set.

That's the nice way of putting it...

Even when I was an "athlete" I didn't count calories... shyt is boring as hell. I figured if I worked out hard, I'd be okay, plus my diet wasn't complete crap LOL
