I fuked around and reported to probation on the wrong week and missed my appointment?

i was supposed to report last week on the 1st, 2nd but i lost my schedule and thought we was still reporting on the 2nd week of each month

i never failed to report in 2 years, and i pass each drug test...my p.o put me on
"mail in" where i don't have to report for 3 months so i didn't know what day i was supposed to go when i got back.

i went down to the office this morning and signed in and left my contact info and the clerk was like yu can sign in, but i don't know if he gonna take it


all my probation nikkas....what y'all think could happen?

if you talk to your P.O. maybe he will cut you some slack, but if you ask if you are violated they will never tell you because they feel you might run..

if you ask me i think you are violated.. (i hope not but i think so)

I was suppose to start home monitering on 6-26-12 for 6 months. But for some reason i fell thru the cracks due to me living in Illinois and the case was in georgia. I might have to do 6 months when i report. I'm gonna report once i get to Seattle

hopefully i won't be violated and can continue to go on with my life.

Its fukked up tho, cuz i just found a good job and im supposed to finish school next month and get my certification this year

if its your first time missing a report date and you havent violated or ever been revocated for anything else, they will prolly just give you a warning

i just got off misdemeanor probation a couple months ago, shyt was a cakewalk compared to felony state probation i did for 5 years....the only difference is i had to report to misdemeanor every friday and them cacs wasnt fakin bout that money, they threatened me with warrants damn near everytime i went just over payments and shyt

i was so glad when i paid them crackers off and aint have to see that fat white hippo bytch and her condescending ass chipmunk face no more

kinda got off topic thinkin bout the shyt, but yea you should be good if its ya first time missing a date...if you just recently got put on that mail in shyt you can just reason with your PO that you had the dates mixed up and it wont happen again

word....its hard getting in contact with that nikka tho, he never answers his office phone and he never responds to voicemails. I left a message tho giving my reason for missing my appointment and left him my contact info. Im probably gonna call that nikka everyday until i get him to see if i can report anytime this month
