Looking back it was cringey but they actually brought me back to wrestling. I was out after SummerSlam 2005 until they came back.

Reunion DX HBK was kind of endearing because he really leaned into being a corny dad at that stage in his life and career anyway, but HHH clearly thought what they were doing was hilarious and could not have been lamer.

I actually found that version of DX slightly less corny because they were clearly aimed at kids and kids enjoyed them and bought their merchandise.

The original DX? Pure cringe. 30+ year old men actually thinking they’re edgy and cool. Showing their bare ass to crowds of 90% men and making dikk jokes. I have no idea how anyone thought they were entertaining
