But I don't think he is. I mean....he is but he isn't if you know what I mean. I see his name a lot less on GOAT producers lists than other legends.

Maybe it's because on the Tribe albums he wasn't credited as the sole producer but as far as I know he produced all the first three which right off the bat is enough to put in the Hall of Fame but then you look at his solo work, tracks for Nas, Mobb, classic remixes etc and he's unarguably one of the greatest ever producers. Not as prolific as Preem or Pete but at his best just as good if not better.

He was never that go to guy for beats but his CVis ridiculous.
