Like the regular ones were THAT much better. :childplease:

I was listening to Collin on the way in and he expressed the same sh!t i've been thinking . I mean let's be honest here. YES there have been mistakes but lets not act like the regular refs didnt make almost just as many bad calls and if you consider their tenures on the job i'd say the new ones are on pace to be better.

With all changes there is an adjustment period, people. Thats why it's acceptable for rookies to make mistakes.

I remember my first job on the telecom industry. In my 3rd week working for Sprint wireline PLS services i mistakenly shut down the communication system for a small airport somewhere in Texas. Completely took them off line as a severed the physical layer link by unmapping it from the cross connect. Now this was late 2004 when terror alerts were a common thing and something like this had the FAA and Homeland Security breathing down our necks. I was scared as sh!t but my boss told me not to sweat it and that mistakes happen.

Now you have these old refs trying to pinpoint every little mistake the replacements make. Thats like when your ex girl be nitpicking little sh!t about your new girl

They are without question worse than the regular refs...and often LAUGHABLY so

....but in general people are too hard on officials. They don't really understand how hard the job is without the benefit of replay :manny:
