I don't have faith in the MCU after Black Widow (spoilers)

There were changes before in the MCU, like Hank Pym. I'm not a big fan of either Ant Man, but I guess they figured having three scientists in the Avengers was too much, so went with Scott Lang

I liked the creepy, socially awkward Ghost from the comics, but I wasn't a super fan
Either way, I don't really care about changing races or genders, as long as they keep the core concept
Unless it's a hero where changing that stuff fukks up the core concept and how ppl view them(Black Superman or Black Fantadtic Four)

But changing Taskmaster like that...that's Deadpool Origins levels of bad

And they didn't need a Taskmaster in the movie

I'll still watch the movies but meh

Black widow is not a top tier character like that...the Taskmaster reveal is nothing on the level as wolverine origins and will be forgotten as soon as the movie leave theaters

Yeah, Deadpool is a bigger character so the disappointment is more. I guess Taskmaster has his fans though and their disappointment is understandable.

Keep complaining they might give us the real one like the mandarian
Like i said before i think they can still use the taskmaster if they want to
I guess the problem is sometimes they might not have the correct actor/actress to play the character they want and lock them down for years
Also the taskmaster was more of a metaphor in this movie
She’s fighting two big aspects of her past in taskmaster the avengers(who are currently fighting in civil war) and the red in her ledger. When she beats and gets closure with the daughter she decides to go fix her present day problem which is the avenger problem. She could’ve stayed with her old family but she choose to go back to help the cap and Sam
