I dont get this myth that NEW YORK hoods look more dangerous than Down south/West coast hoods

NY hoods look nice this aint 1994. But the impression of miles and miles of dense urban decay looks way worse than the country ghetto's down south. Westcoast hoods didn't even look bad in the 80's/90's., there's probably a few exceptions but for the most part yall hoods looked and still look like suburbs. Not comparable to places like North Philly, Camden, East B More etc

and im talkn specifically about NY, since thats where the myth started..
but yea, i cant really explain it, but when your're in hoods in LA or something, u may think it looks like the burbs(in pics) but when u actually there in person, walkin around, you can feel something aint right. Like you can feel the spirits of all the dead bodies dropped there throughout the years. Its a weird feelin, only ppl who been kno what im talkn about

It started back when LES, Harlem, BX, Brooklyn etc looked like call of duty map packs.
