This Bruce Arians guy, is getting job offers for getting the Colts to the playoffs

but there giving the credit to Chuck Pagano....

Who really coached the team to the playoffs......

Are they being PC, by giving the credit to Chuck Pagano.

It's funny because a good amount of Colt's fans think Arians was subpar at his main job (play calling) but as far as unifying the team, keeping everyone on the same page, and just being a head coach in general he was amazing.

Pagano was the force behind it but he was gone most of the season. Without his situation though there's no way the team would have rallied like they did. In the same way Bruce was able to channel that energy into wins like few OC's could have.

That said the defense, special teams, offensive line were all subpar. The offense's ability to move the ball even in 3rd and longs and convert 1st downs masked a lot of the flaws. I do think Arians deserves coach of the year though when you take into consideration everything that happened, and how he lead the team in a way few people could have if asked to do the exact same thing. He had the most wins my a interim coach in NFL history, give him COTY

Most of the credit should go to the GM Grigson though. It wasn't his call to draft Luck, but look at some of the things he did.

Pulled Fleener/Allen/Hilton/Brazill/Ballard out of the draft.
Found Jerrell Freeman out of the CFL.
Traded for Vontae Davis.
Signed Redding in FA.

After all the turnover the Colts had he did a good job finding replacements.

Gotta be Arians for keeping the team together amidst the situation with Pagano in the middle of the season. How can Pagano get credit and he wasn't around for much of the season. If anything the team should get credit as a whole, for going out and playing for the ailing coach.
