He never stopped working. He's just been pushing everything out indie. Columbia didn't take care of him properly when he dropped the first album, so he's been doing a lot on his own ever since. He was the first dude we knew when we were kids that had a record deal. I was in the "Walk Like a Duck" and "Uptown Sh*t" video. Jorge is my dude!!

I've known that dude since I was like 6 years old, lol.
My kindergarten was on the ground floor of his building. Bobbito lived in that same building. So we all grew up on the same block, for the most part. And used to all be outside together back then. They're all a little older, but we were the little dudes who ran around with them back then.
