With the new era amongst us and someone clearly changing the tide backstage in WWE creative, Im perfectly fine with Brock Lesnar not coming back.

The Rock is a god, dude has to come back and son CM Punk or John Cena but I dont really see Brock Lesnar's argument in anything. He had a fight with HHH that many wanted to see since 2002 and fighting Ryback looks good on paper but when i really gave it some thought, a match like this would get overshadowed at Wrestlemania by some young hungrier talent

maybe Im just ranting but I was on "bleacher report" and reading all of their predictions for Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania and I just dont see Brock Lesnar involved in anything good in the next few months

here is what is planned in the next months

Dolph vs Sheamus

Ryback vs Big Show

Rock vs Cena II

Punk vs Undertaker

Shield vs ??? (Miz/ADR)

Daniel Bryan vs a potential World Champion

Sin Cara turns on Rey Mysterio

Where does Brock fit in? At first, I thought he could join forces with CM Punk and Heyman and make some mega stable but Punk has finally become a legit main event heel who doesnt need Brock Lesnar to get over.

no one wants to see short haired HHH fight Brock again at Wrestlemania. Let the young guns carry the torch

rant over :heh:

Brock brings a level of badass legitimacy that no one else can bring. I like the potential of everything else that's going on, but what Brock brings is unique and it's a nice thing to add to the show.

I like Brock but I would rather them just use to him cause weekly #fukkery then to have these one off matches with shytty build, where he's just going to job/win then disappear for an unforseeable amount of time. Just kills any flow and makes me not anticipate his matches knowing the outcome.

Exactly. Lesnar has that "oh shi!t, that's Brock Lesnar, lemme watch this" factor to him EVERYTIME he's on tv.

Add the fact that he can actually wrestle for a guy his size makes it all the better

I don't need to see Brock every week but I know when he's around shyt is gonna get brutal. Wrestling could use a lil blood and violence every now and then

They've used him perfectly imo. Sure, he shouldn't have lost to Cena but 2-3 PPV matches a year were he can make a difference in buys and a couple of RAW appearances to build his feuds are enough for me. I don't want to watch him as a full time member of the roster though.

Brock vs Taker would be huge and the only threat left (besides Juanito) to the streak. Punk vs Taker wont feel as big and Punk ain't winning so booking them together is a waste, I hope that's not the plan.

Fantasy booking. Mega heel Brock vs Daniel Bryan would be a Wrestlemania classic. The heat for that match would be :ohlawd: and Bryan doesn't even need to win to be seen as legit (make it an Austin/Bret type of deal). It will never happen though :sadbron:

That would be great but even if they did this, it won't be good unless they actually let DB WRESTLE. I was just looking at an old ROH match he had w/Lance Storm and as we ALL know, when he's allowed to actually wrestle, there's damn near no one better at it currently.

Buyrates are still low and these new cats are unproven as draws thus far so I think Brock and Rock are still necessary at this point. That could change though!

If they don't fukk it up

That's not one of his best performances. His stuff with KENTA and Nigel McGuniness are wrestling classics that doesn't get that credit because of him being in the Indys. Danielson was LEGITIMATELY the best wrestler in the industry not long after Eddie Guerrero died. His stuff in 2006 was where CM Punk got his "Best in the World" mantra from that he shills on T shirts today and brings up in every promo.
